No more big call out fees or charges for small jobs or easy fixes. We believe in a fair deal for all, so If we can fix your issue in 15 minutes it will only cost you £25. If we can't then we wont charge a penny. We are now offering a 15 minute 'Quick Fix' plumbing service to our local customers in the Kingston postcodes. We are often able to either fix or diagnose a fault within minutes, which got us asking ourselves....... Is it fair that you pay a ridiculous call out fee, but the engineer was in and out in a flash? We think not! Hopefully in this time, we are able to fix the plumbing problem. If not, our engineer will advise you on what needs to be done along with the estimated time we will require to carry out the work at our online reduced rate of £50/hour plus any materials needed. Cancellation Policy
Please let us know as early as you can if you need to reschedule. Cancellations will incur a fee if we have ordered products or fittings for your booking. Note: The fixed prices for the products in the PFG shop are subject to location and fitting conditions. We can only guarantee these prices for customers within a 5 mile radius of Kingston Upon Thames and with no fitting issues or delays as a result of abnormal circumstances outside of our control. In most cases we can service customers outside of this area and we will go as far as we can but we have to put this in the T's & C's cos we can't be driving 2 hours for a £50 job. In almost all cases we can fit our products with no issues as most can be identified during our pre job video briefing.
