We put our money where our mouth is. We say we exist to help change the world and the best way to do that in our opinion is to address the inequality divide. And we think that starts with making sure everyone in the world has access to safe, clean water & sanitation facilities.
Whilst most of us have multiple toilets and can draw clean water whenever we want it, unfortunately there are millions of people around the world who are not that lucky. So we give 25% of our profits every year to charities and organisations dedicated to providing water and sanitation to those who need it most. The knock on effect of this is huge.
Why Plumbing For Good?

We exist because we want to make the world a better place. We started this company because we know that the construction industry can be better, and we are going to show you how. Formerly known as Queensgate Plumbing and Heating, we started with the same goals as every other plumbing firm, but have come to realise that the industry needs improving in many ways and for many reasons.
​
We believe that business can and should be used as a force for good no matter what industry you are in. The businesses of the future will be those that put people and the planet over profits, those that put doing good at the heart of everything they do. Not just for show but for real. Let's face it, they sort of have to be if we want any sort of future...

How can a plumber do good you ask?
​
Well, it start's with you. First of all we don’t take the p*$$ on pricing, we are completely honest and transparent and will never inflate prices or jobs. Because that ain't right.
​
Secondly we will always arrive and leave with a smile and we put the customer experience above all else. As I said, we want to spread good vibes, and we want you (and everyone else for that matter) to be happy.
​
We provide open communication channels throughout the duration of each job/project. If there's ever anything that needs addressing or fixing, we want our customers to let us know ASAP so we can sort it.
​
We also offer a "charity video call" service so we can try and help you as quickly and efficiently as possible…
​
Third, we don't just go over and above for our customers. We do it for everyone else too.
​
By donating 25% of our profits to worthy causes, mainly those that work on sanitation and clean water projects in the developing world. By planting trees for every job. By looking after our staff well, and by doing an OAP discount and the occasional free job for those in need.
​
Fourth, we taking responsibility for the impact of our business on society and the environment. We aim to reduce our impact as a business by offsetting our journeys, recycling what we can, minimising waste, helping our customers to reuse, up-cycle/free-cycle items being replaced, and by promoting, providing and advising on the most efficient and sustainable solutions for your home or business.

Our long term vision is to help the UK to become more sustainable and less reliant on fossil fuels by making alternative and more efficient solutions affordable and accessible to everyone.
​
Lastly, we just wanna be nice. To everyone. If everyone just did that it would make the world much better in an instant. In fact it would render this company and this web page unnecessary. Wouldn't that be nice?
